Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide, including both Peninsular and East Malaysia.
Delivery fees
- West Malaysia: free for orders above RM600. For orders below RM600, a delivery fee applies.
- East Malaysia: Deliver fee is depending on the size and weight of your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within [2-3] business days. Shipping time is displayed at checkout.
Delivery time
- West Malaysia: [3-5] business days after processing.
- East Malaysia: [3-5] business days after processing.
Large furniture items
Furniture is delivered by NinjaVan. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Delivery is to the doorstep only.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email or WhatsApp you a tracking number.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact support@ka-nak.com or WhatsApp +6012-290 6255 within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
